Karen Berger’s photography has been published on her book covers, in her books, with her magazine and on-line articles (Backpacker, Family Circle, AMC Outdoors, and others ) and in calendars. Her photographic essay about the Greek Aegean Islands received two awards for photography in 2014 from the Society of American Travel Writers and the North American Travel Journalists Association.
